Beaumaris
Siamese
the 198o's
Champion
Killdown
Midas
(32/1)
A
stunning
tabbypoint
who bred
some
beautiful
kittens.
He was
born on
the 31st
March
1980,
his sire
Champion
Valena
Beauregard
(32/1)
and his
dam
Killdown
Poppy
(24). I
fell in
love
with him
when I
saw him
at four
weeks
and he
was
given to
me as a
present
by
Isobel
Keene,
his
breeder,
together
with his
sister
Killdown
Medea
(32/1).
It was
Isobel’s
first
litter
of
tabbypoints.

Beaumaris
Alexander
(24)
The
handsome
son of
Midas
and
Karibur
Justina
(24),
born in
1981,
Alexander
was a
star
from the
moment
he was
born and
just
loved
cameras
and
posing.
He was
used for
modelling
by Marc
Henrie
and
would
just sit
and
gaze,
still as
a statue
as Marc
took the
pictures.
This
picture
was used
in the
Sunday
Express
Magazine
in
November
1986. I
was so
proud
that of
the cats
used in
the
article
about
pedigree
cats and
show
winners,
Alexander
was the
only one
that did
not need
to be
held.
This
picture
has been
used by
Marc
Henrie
to
advertise
his
photography
and
appeared
in
several
newspapers
and
magazines
too.
Here
he is
again - what
a
wonderful
advertisement
for a
sealpoint,
warm
points
colour
and the
body has
plenty
of
contrast
and is a
warm,
creamy
fawn.
One of
my
priorities
was to
breed
sealpoints
with
type and
the
correct
seal
colour
that was
warm in
tone.
